What data we collect

When you send an inquiry or a meeting request, we receive your name, company, country, email address, phone number if you give it, your message and the products you select. We do not use your data for advertising.

Why we use it

We use your data to answer your inquiry, send price lists and product documents, arrange meetings and follow up on a possible business relationship. We do this at your request before a possible contract, and in our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as we need it to answer your inquiry and follow up on it. If we start working together, we keep it for as long as the business relationship and the legal retention periods require.

Who receives it

Only our staff who handle your inquiry, and the companies that host our website and email for us. We do not sell your data.

Website visits

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to keep the website secure and working. To protect our forms from spam, the server keeps a coded (hashed) form of your IP address for up to one hour.

Data stored in your browser

Your inquiry list and the layout you choose on the product range page are saved in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you send the form.

Your rights

• You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can ask us to restrict or stop using it, and to send it to you in a portable format.
• Write to info@bolyarka.eu for any of these requests.
• You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
